Lineage

Florina is a special girl who unfortunately was infected by meningeal worm in early 2004. This occured before we purchased her and while she was residing in Ontario, Canada. She has recovered quite well but does have stiffness in her joints. Florina has carried two pregnancies without complications and has had unassited births in both cases, delivering two beautiful boys. She is currently bred to Qolmesa Abraham for a Fall 2007 cria. In thier own words, Florina was the best female born to Qolmesa Alpaca, which she proved by winning Supreme Female Champion at the 2003 Alpaca Ontario Show. She was bred to the Supreme Male Champion, MMR Marcoyo, producing our future herdsire: Killarney Victor Mozzimo. Florina presents a very advanced fiber with excellent luster and lock structure. In 2003 her micron count was 18.8.
